FAQ

No! While tissue culture is a scientific process, you don't need a professional lab background to get started (my degree was in finance, not microbiology). The Plants in Jars YouTube tutorials are designed to help beginners with simple, step-by-step instructions, and you can start with basic materials and equipment at home.

Currently, we ship kits + reagents to the United States and Canada, and we're actively working to bring Plants in Jars products to more countries soon. Merch and tools are available worldwide.

If you ordered a kit, the QR code will be included inside your package. Scan it with your phone to access the protocol library. If you ordered the protocol library as a standalone product, you will receive an email to download the protocols.

About Plants in Jars

Hi, I'm Laur. I started doing plant tissue culture as a hobby in 2022. I couldn’t find the kind of straightforward tutorials I needed, so I decided to do the research and create them myself.
